Yup. Little Veri's off in the big, wide world. I'm on the eastern side of the States, now, and rather tired. I've been traveling for about twelve days now, and it feels like twelve years. I have some new pics to add, when I get home to my scanner.
I actually drew two people in the same picture and they don't look obscenely out of proportions. I also did some wierdo colored pencil sketch after a little too much to drink on the cruise ship. I also have a few drawings in back log, but I'm not sure I'll put them up. At home, it takes about twenty minutes to post one picture on Deviant.
Also! I cut my hair! (sniff) So, I need to do a new self portrait. (The fact that I need to work on live subjects has absolutely nothing to do with it. Nope. Not a bit...) Maybe two, as in the Bahamas, my hair decided to curl itself into a knot. Think Shirley Temple curls tangled together. Humidity. I miss my braid...
Last of all, back to the pictures. If anyone knows what would cause a computer to stop connecting to the internet after ten minutes, please tell me. My ten minute window is killing me slowly, especially since I can't steal internet with my iPod at my boyfriend's place anymore. (is it really stealing if they don't lock it? If so, why does the iPod automatically connect?)
Now, I need to get going. It's nine o'clock P.M. here, ten in the time zone I was last in, and seven back home. I think I need sleep, but I'm not sure by clock standards. So, I'll do what any good vacationer would do. Sleep when I'm tired, wake up when I'm not, and eat as much food as I can lift.
